The Division of General Services is responsible for all County-owned and –leased buildings (excluding all Parks Department facilities).  The Division is responsible for all improvements, maintenance and repairs, along with coordinated contracted services.  All emergency repairs are responded to on a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week, 365-day per years basis.  The County owns and General Services is responsible for facilities and leased properties throughout the County.  In addition, General Services’ staff is responsible for snow removal from walkways and parking areas connected to County-owned buildings and several leased properties.
