The Magnolia Avenue Bridge contractor mobilized in February 2022 to begin the bridge replacement project. The construction duration will last approximately 10 months.   The Magnolia Avenue Bridge closure took effect as of March 3, 2022. Magnolia Avenue will closed to through traffic at the Pascack Brook between Woodland Road and Greenbriar Lane.  Access to properties will be maintained.

A detour has been established to guide motorists to along an alternate route to their destination.  Southbound Woodland Road traffic will continue to West Grand Avenue to continue eastbound on West Grand Avenue to Kinderkamack Road. Northbound traffic on Woodland Road will follow detour to West Washington Avenue (Orangetown/Pearl River NY) continuing east to Route 304/Kinderkamack Road southbound.  Northbound traffic on Kinderkamack Road can continue toRoute 304 and then west on West Washington Avenue (Pearl River NY) following detour signage to Woodland Road.  Southbound traffic on Kinderkamack Road will detour to West Grand Avenue westbound to Woodland Road (temporary traffic signal).
