Tedesco, Freeholders Statement on Tragedy in Monsey

Hackensack, N.J. – Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco and the Board of Chosen Freeholders issued the following statement on the attack in Monsey:

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims of the senseless attack in Monsey, New York. Hanukkah is a time of celebration and this violence against the Jewish community must end. Together with our sheriff and prosecutor we are committed to ensuring the safety of all of our residents, especially during the holiday season. Bergen County at all levels of government are committed to the inclusiveness of all faiths and cultures and their continued safety.”
