Yes,
under
two
circumstances:
1.
If
you
are
a
newly
registered
voter;
or
2.
A
voter
who
has
never
voted
in
a
Primary
Election.
You
will
declare
a
party
affiliation
at
your
polling
place
on
the
day
of
the
Primary
Election.
This
declaration
must
be
made
before
you
will
be
permitted
to
vote
in
that
Primary.
After
that
Primary
vote,
you
are
affiliated
with
that
political
party.
