Answers to the Most Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Am I eligible to apply for a SAVVERS Discount Card?
You are eligible to be a member of the County of Bergen SAVVERS Discount
Program if any of the following apply to you:
* You are a senior citizen aged 60 or older.
* You are a veteran or current member of the Armed Forces of the United States
(including the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard). If a veteran, you
must not have received a dishonorable discharge.
* You are an emergency responder.
* You are a recognized civic volunteer.
* You are the spouse of a SAVVERS Discount Program member.
2. Can I get a SAVVERS Discount Card for my spouse?
Yes, as a member, you may get an additional card on your membership for your
spouse. The additional card must be sent to the same address as the primary
card membership.
3. How long will it take to receive the SAVVERS Discount
Card?
It will take two to three weeks, after the receipt of your application, for you
to receive your SAVVERS Discount Card.
4. How can I update my personal profile information?

5. How do I cancel or delete my SAVVERS Discount Program
membership?
If you no longer want to be a member of SAVVERS, please write us or send us an

* Your name, exactly as stated on your application.
* Your email address (the one you used when you registered for membership).
* The reason you are canceling your membership.
