Bergen County Medical Reserve Corps

Our Mission

To establish teams of local volunteer medical and public health professionals and other community volunteers who may be called upon to contribute their skills and expertise during public health emergencies or other times of community need.

Who can volunteer for the Bergen County MRC?

The Bergen County MRC unit invites both health care professional and community health volunteers to join the MRC. Any licensed or certified health care professional, practicing or retired, living or working in Bergen County can apply to be a member. Residents of Bergen County who are willing to serve their fellow citizens in the event of a public health emergency are encouraged to apply.  Applicants should be a US citizen and 18 years of age or older to join the Bergen County MRC.
