The Operations Division of the Department of Public Works is responsible for maintenance and repair of 451 miles of County road and more than 250 bridges and culverts. This responsibility includes traffic markings, signs, roadside brush cutting, tree trimming and removals, pavement maintenance, drainage installation and repair, catch basin cleaning, resurfacing, snow plowing and maintenance of Operations Division equipment.
