Fair Lawn, Glen Rock, Paramus, Ridgewood, Rochelle Park and Saddle Brook
Saddle River County Park is a 577-acre linear park that meanders with the Saddle River and its tributary brooks. It consists of five park areas that are linked by a multi-use path, including circular paths around some ponds.
Multi-use pathway/Bicycle-Pedestrian Path: This bike and pedestrian path travels from Ridgewood to Rochelle Park and is approximately 6 miles in length. This continuous path runs through Ridgewood, Glen Rock, Fair Lawn, Paramus, Saddle Brook and Rochelle Park and under Route 4. This path also follows the Saddle River and Ho-Ho-Kus Brook and passes by the Historic Easton Tower at Route 4. The path features a scenic waterfall at Dunkerhook Park, and there are three ponds, tree shaded picnic areas, pavilions, playgrounds, tennis courts and athletic fields accessible along the path.

From Garden State Parkway North or South: Exit at Saddle Brook/Route 80 East. Take Route 80E to exit 62B Saddle River Road/Fair Lawn/Lodi exit. Go to stop sign. Continue straight through the intersection, Railroad Avenue. Park is on the left.
From Route 80 West: Take Exit 63 Lodi/Fair Lawn exit. Go to end of
the ramp to stop sign, make right. First traffic light make left onto
Essex Street. Continue 0.25 mile, right onto Saddle River Road. Continue
0.25 mile, right, after railroad tracks, onto Railroad Avenue. Park
is on the left.
From Route 80 East: Exit 62B, Saddle River Road/Fair Lawn/Lodi. Go to
stop sign. Continue through the intersection, Railroad Ave. Park is
on the left.
From Route 17 North: Exit at Essex Street/Maywood/Paterson. Top of ramp, make left onto Essex Street. Continue 0.5 mile, right onto Saddle River Road. Continue 0.25 mile, first right after railroad tracks, onto Railroad Ave. Park is on left.
From Route 17 South: Exit at Essex Street/Maywood/Paterson. Top of the ramp, make a right onto Essex Street. Continue as above for Rt. l7N.
From Route 4 East: Exit at Saddle River Road. Continue on Saddle River Road for 2.5 miles. Turn left at Railroad Avenue. Park is on the left.
From Route 4 West: Exit at Hackensack/New York/U-turn. Go over the trestle. Make the first right to "T' at Saddle River Road. Turn left. Continue on Saddle River Road for 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Railroad Avenue. Park is on the left.

From Route 80 West: Exit 63 Lodi/Fair Lawn. Go to end of ramp to stop sign, make right. Go to first traffic light, left onto Essex Street. Continue on Essex Street for .25 mile to Saddle River Road. Make right and continue on Saddle River Road for 2 miles. Park is on the right.
From Route 80 East: Exit 62B, Saddle River Road/Fair Lawn/Lodi. At
stop sign make left onto Saddle River Road. Continue on Saddle River
Road for 1.75 mile. Park is on the right.
From Route 17 North: Exit at Essex Street/Maywood/Paterson. Top of ramp,
make left onto Essex Street. Continue 0.5 mile to Saddle River Road.
Make Right. Continue 2 miles on Saddle River Road. Park is on the right.
From Route 17 South: Exit at Essex Street/Maywood/Paterson. Top of ramp, make right onto Essex Street. Continue 0.5 mile to Saddle River Road. Make right. Continue 2 miles on Saddle River Road. Park is on the right.
From Route 4 East: Exit at Saddle River Road. Continue on Saddle River Road 0.5 mile. Park is on the left.
From Route 4 West: Exit Hackensack/New York/U-turn. Crossover trestle, make first right to "T" in road. Left onto Saddle River Road for 0.5 mile. Park is on the left.
