Directions
From North Jersey: Route 17 South to Route 3 West to Riverside Avenue
exit. Left at the stop sign onto Riverside Avenue. Stay on Riverside
Avenue approximately 0.5 mile. Park is on the right. Or: Garden State
Parkway South to Route 3 East to Riverside Avenue exit. Left at stop
sign onto Riverside Avenue. Stay on Riverside Avenue approximately 0.5
mile. Park is on the right.
From South Jersey: Route 46 West or Route 80 West to Route 3 West.
Take Riverside Avenue exit. Follow above.

Passaic River Rowing Association
The Bergen County Department of Parks
and the Passaic River Rowing Association (PRRA) have formed a partnership
to bring community rowing to Riverside County Park located within Lyndhurst
and North Arlington. Through a lease agreement with the County, PRRA
is converting a vacant riverside structure into a boathouse and has
secured permits and funding for a 120' long public access floating dock
with construction anticipated in the Spring 2006.
Rowing programs will officially commence in Spring 2006, offering Bergen
County Park users a unique opportunity to learn to row and to participate
in the sport of rowing. In addition, the new dock will create convenient
access to the Passaic River, expanding the recreational opportunities
for users of Riverside County Park South. For more information and current
