Sun
Valley
is
rich
in
history
as
well
as
scenic
beauty.
The
acquisition
of
Sun
Valley’s
development
rights
under
the
Farmland
Preservation
Program
insures
that
the
property’s
farmland
use
is
preserved,
and
that
the
land
will
remain
undeveloped
forever.
Sun
Valley
Farm
is
the
largest
remaining
farm
in
Bergen
County.
Its
livestock
includes
horses
and
mules,
while
crops
range
from
fine
horse
hay
to
corn,
pumpkins,
squash
and
timber.
