 Kathleen A. Donovan is in her fifth term as
Bergen County Clerk following her re-election in 2008. As County Clerk she is responsible
for a part of the election process, keeping all land records for the county and other
miscellaneous record keeping and filings. In the 300 year history of Bergen County,
Donovan is the first, and only, woman to serve as an elected Constitutional Officer.
