Valley Brook Golf
Course
(18 holes)
15 River Vale Road, River Vale 201-664-5886
Maintenance Day: Monday (Nine holes only)
Acquired by the County of Bergen
in 2006, this Bill Boswell design boasts superb playing
conditions and tranquil beauty. Set amidst the banks of
Pascack Brook the course offers unique golf experience
for the county residents. Originally named for the brook
that creates its western border, the course and clubhouse
were renovated in 2001 and renamed Valley Brook Golf Club.
Designed to take advantage of the
property's rolling terrain and natural beauty. The result
is a classic golf course with an impressive blend of gentle
elevation changes and imaginative landscaping on every
hole. Valley Brook is a true test of golf for players
of all skill levels.
The property is highlighted by
a handsome clubhouse that combines comfort and convenience
with elegance and old-world charm. Nestled perfectly behind
the 9th and 18th greens, the New England style clubhouse
provides the ideal setting to cap off a round of golf.
